We collect information you provide directly, including email addresses via newsletter and contact forms, and messages submitted through our contact page. Wellness questions are processed in real time and are not stored permanently.

We also collect anonymised usage data (hashed IP addresses, query categories) to improve our service.

We use collected information to deliver AI wellness advice, send newsletters (opt-in only), respond to contact enquiries, and improve the site. We never sell your personal information.

3. Data Storage

Wellness questions are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing and are not stored permanently on our servers. Your history and favourites are stored only in your browser's local storage — they never leave your device. Newsletter emails are retained until you unsubscribe.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation. You can opt out via your browser settings. We also use Google AdSense for advertising when enabled.

5. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe via the link in any email.
